Divi Gallery Layouts provide you the template to create a stunning gallery or portfolio page but a few steps are required to make the page complete. Please following along to the steps below to complete your gallery pages.

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_toggle title=”Add featured page images” open_toggle_background_color=”#ffffff” closed_toggle_background_color=”#ffffff” _builder_version=”3.14″ border_color_all=”#f7f7f7″ title_level=”h2″ icon_color=”#b7a681″ open_toggle_text_color=”#2d2d2d” closed_toggle_text_color=”#4e4e4e” border_width_all=”0px” border_color_bottom=”#d8d8d8″ border_width_bottom=”1px”]

If your theme uses a “featured image” banner in the page layout, you will need to set a page featured image. Once set in the page settings, your image will automatically update on the visual side of the builder. The easiest way to set the featured image is inside the traditional WordPress page settings.

  1. After applying the Divi Layout for galleries, your screen may look incomplete like the following
  2. Select “Edit Page” from the top WordPress Menu
  3. This will open the traditional WordPress page settings and exit out of the visual builder. If you are prompted with an additional screen select “Save and Exit
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Set featured image”
  5. Select any image from your media folders or optionally upload a new image.

[/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=”Add images to gallery modules” open_toggle_background_color=”#ffffff” closed_toggle_background_color=”#ffffff” _builder_version=”3.14″ border_color_all=”#f7f7f7″ title_level=”h2″ icon_color=”#b7a681″ open_toggle_text_color=”#2d2d2d” closed_toggle_text_color=”#4e4e4e” border_width_all=”0px” border_color_bottom=”#d8d8d8″ border_width_bottom=”1px”]

If your page uses a gallery component it will remain blank until you add images to the widget.

  1. Find the widget on the page named “Gallery” and click to open
  2. Select “Update Gallery” button to add images to your gallery
  3. Select your desired images or optionally upload new images
  4. Click “Update Gallery” when you have added all your images and the images are finished uploading
  5. Click “Save & Exit” to exit the Gallery widget settings
  6. Select “Use Visual Builder” to return to the Divi visual builder and see your changes live
  7. Open the Divi option to make changes or save
  8. Click the green “Save” button when you are complete with your changes
